expertroofer.pro is run by Expert Roofers.

• Keep your login details private.
• You're responsible for what happens under your login.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

You agree not to:

• give false information or apply for a business you don't represent
• upload anything you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful
• try to get into another member's account or data, or into parts of the site you're not allowed in
• copy, scrape or overload the site

We can suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

• Ownership: you keep ownership of what you upload.
• Our use: you let us use it to run your checks and your membership, and to publish your profile as set out in the membership terms.

The site, the badge and the Expert Roofer Verified name belong to us. You can use them only as the membership terms and badge use terms allow.

We work to keep the portal running, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

• Links: we aren't responsible for websites we link to.
• What we can't limit: nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
• Membership limit: our liability connected with your membership is set out in the membership terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
