Proof beats promises
Homeowners are wary of roofers. Anyone with a ladder and a Facebook page can call themselves one. Expert Roofer Verified gives the good ones a way to prove it in one scan.

Who runs it
Expert Roofer Verified is run by Expert Roofers, which publishes roofing cost guides and plain-English advice for UK homeowners at expertroofer.co.uk. The same homeowners who read our guides see the verified roofers on our site.
What we stand for
- Real checks. A real person checks every member's ID, insurance, reviews and experience before they go live, and again every year.
- Ratings nobody can buy. Ratings come only from independent review platforms. We never write or edit reviews, and no member can pay to change one.
- The same bar for everyone. Ten years in roofing, insured, reviewed. No shortcuts and no exceptions.
- Plain terms. 12 months, no auto-renewal, prices shown before you sign up, and a VAT invoice for every payment.
